Who is Jan De Schepper

Jan De Schepper has gained extensive experience as a top manager at companies such as Telindus and Proximus. As an entrepreneur and ‘strategic thinker’, he is closely involved with various companies.

At the end of 2020, he was appointed chairman of Securitas Belgium, he holds mandates on the boards of BDO Digital, Automation and Uman.ai, and he is chairman of the EEG Group.

In 2023, he received the ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ from Computable.

In 2015, he published the book ‘Kopmannen – Wat leiders kunnen leren van topsporters en omgekeerd’. Five years later, he published ‘ConneXion’ together with Paul Van Den Bosch. The book explains seven paradoxes that reflect the disruption of leadership.

Jan has a master’s degree in science and studied at Harvard Business School and Vlerick.
