The basic principles to lead and motivate: a manager’s first 100 days
“Coach people” and “Show leadership”, as a manager, you hear these terms all the time. Both are crucial today if you want to be a good manager. Without them, your employees may become disengaged or, worse, simply leave. But what do they actually mean? What impact can they have? And can you learn how to “show leadership”?
This training offers a broad overview of what ‘leadership’ entails today. Based on (your real) cases, issues are raised, discussed and addressed in a group setting. Together, we arrive at optimal solutions and approaches.
New managers, employees who will soon be promoted to a management position, but also managers who have been working for some time and want to strengthen their leadership skills will benefit from this ‘First 100 Days’ programme.
The interactive nature of this session ensures that you will return home – or to work – with active knowledge and highly applicable tools.
