More than ever, companies must at least keep pace with the market and, preferably, set the pace themselves. They must innovate and change and dare to question every possible situation. However, the human aspect in the success of these changes should not be underestimated. This training focuses on how to make the most of this.

Every organisation has to deal with change. Some changes are planned, others are completely unexpected. There are major changes, such as a reorganisation or a merger, but also minor changes, such as an adjustment in the way of working. One thing is clear: those who avoid or even reject these changes today are jeopardising the future of the company. But every change can also trigger negative emotions that affect employee motivation.

In this training, we do not look at the rational side of change management (processes, tools, P&L). Instead, we focus on the human aspect: which elements are important in guiding yourself and your employees through change in a positive way.
