“Insights Individual”: growing towards personal effectiveness
The “Insights Individual” programme helps you get the best out of your employees and increase their productivity and motivation. Personal effectiveness is closely linked to the extent to which we know and understand ourselves and others around us.
Our effectiveness in interacting and collaborating with others increases thanks to insight into our own behavior and its impact on others. A better understanding of our motivations and values, strengths and pitfalls, and a better understanding of what drives, motivates or hinders the people around us also contributes to this.
When we learn to recognize, appreciate and value these differences, we are better able to make the most of our own potential and that of others around us. At the same time, we continue to learn, grow and develop at an individual, team and organisational level.
