Els Vermeulen obtained a university degree in Applied Economic Sciences at UA-University in Antwerp, Belgium and specialised in Business Communication and studied ‘Sales Meetings’ as a subject of her master’s thesis.
Els started her career at IBM and subsequently worked on the optimization of sales systems in mass retail In this job she was also responsible for staff training and motivation. Els has built up extensive experience in various Sales and Account Management jobs in diverse branches of industry: from SME’s via banks to multinationals like Beaulieu and Picanol. Her key role has always been to drive sales teams and coach them to achieve results.
While developing her own business Els has also acquired a lot of B2B experience. She was a guest lecturer at the Karel de Grote-University College in Antwerp. Els Vermeulen has more than 10 years of real-life experience abroad and speaks Dutch, French, English and Italian fluently.
